Bookstacks Weekend Events – Anniversary Party, Winter Trivia & Book Discussion

28 Nov

Saturday

Noon – Book Trivia: Winter

It’s nearly that time of the year again, where the northern hemisphere gets blanketed with snow, whilst those of us in the southern hemisphere try to emulate this by changing the terrain on their sims.  Bookstacks is ahead of the game as the theme of this week’s quiz is Winter.  Don your wintery outfits and warm up your google fingers by the pub’s fire as Simeon tests your literary knowledge.  Win the quiz and you will have 500L to spend.  Best themed costume gains 500L as well.

Isabelle Copley’s visionary art frees ancient sprits. As a young student of the cruel, brilliant artist Vincent Rushkin, she discovered she could paint images so vividly realy they brought her wildest fantasies to life. But when the forces she unleashed brought tragedy to those she loved, she turned her back on her talent — and on her dreams.

Now, twenty years later, Isabelle must come to terms with the shattering memories she has long denied and unlocked the slumbering power of her brush. And, in a dark reckoning with her old master, she must find the courage to live out her dreams adn bring the magic back to life.
