L. C. Tyler Interview

LC Tyler’s great love of reading shows through in everything he writes. The author of the Herring Mystery series, he rapidly established himself in a crowded genre with these lugubrious comic novels.

We finally caught up with him to ask about his works so far and plans for the future.

Off the Shelf Interviews Jane Nissen on Sunday

The books we read as children…and those that were read to us…create some of our strongest literary memories. When the time comes for us to buy Children’s literature, those are the books we look for. Unfortunately, some of them fall out of print. Jane Nissen, a veteran of the children’s literature publishing industry, is working to make some of these memorable classics available again through her publishing company, Jane Nissen Books.

Join Simeon and Kghia on Sunday at 1:00 pm when we talk to Ms. Nissen about her long career, her current projects, and what drives her revive the books she publishes. I hope you will join us in-world at the Off the Shelf Podcast Studio (slurl) or listen online on RadioRiel.

Note: This show is our last of the season. Off the Shelf will return in the autumn. Thanks so much for listening!

While as Mira Grant, she reports on politics in a post zombie plague world in the ongoing NewsFlesh trilogy
