Noon – Book Trivia: Comedy
Terry Pratchett, Woody Allen & Jasper Fforde – these are just a few of the authors featured in this week’s Book Trivia Quiz in the theme of Comedy.  Join in the fun as the fastest fingers with the first correct answers gain the points.  Accumulate the most points and win the 500L prize.  Dress to suit the topic, and you could win 500L for best themed costume.

2:00 p.m – Science Fiction Saturdays
Join Jago Constantine for a round robin discussion of what Science Fiction we are currently reading. A great way to discuss some favorite authors and discover some new ones.

11:00 am – Paranormal Book Discussion: Three Days to Never (Tim Powers)
Remote viewing, shifting time, Pee Wee’s Big Adventure, and a father and daughter who share an unusual ability all mesh in this unusual fantasy novel by Tim Powers.

3:00 pm – Poetry Libre Open Mic
Join hosts Leonardo Zimring and Serene Bechir in the cozy room behind the fireplace at Bookstacks for some of the best poetry in SL.  Reads in any language are encouraged.  Everyone is welcome to read and if you do not have a mic or prefer not to read aloud we have several people who would be glad to read for you.
